Parently Loop ("App," "we," "us," "our") is designed for parents and guardians to organize and prioritize school-related emails. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Age Requirement: This App is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect data from users under 18.
We collect emails exclusively from school-related sources, including:
school.edu, managebac.com)We do not access personal emails, financial or banking communications, medical or health information, or any emails unrelated to school.
Your school emails are processed by Manus AI to generate summaries of key information (dates, deadlines, action items), extract logistics tags (e.g., "PE kit," "permission slip"), and categorize emails by type (homework, payments, announcements).
Your email content is not stored permanently and is not used to train AI models. Processing is temporary and occurs only on-demand.
We use your data to display organized email summaries on your dashboard, create personalized action items and reminders, show child-specific information, and generate morning and evening briefings.
We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect against fraud or security threats.

Data is shared only with Manus AI (for email summarization, under strict data processing agreements), Apple / Google / Microsoft (for authentication and email access, as required by their platforms), and legal authorities if required by law.
You can permanently delete all your data at any time:
You can delete your account directly in the App: Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. This immediately revokes all OAuth tokens and wipes all data. You can also contact support@automateloops.com for assistance.

This App is designed for parents and guardians (18+). While the App may reference children's information (names, grades), we do not collect data directly from children. All data is provided by the parent/guardian account holder.
We comply with COPPA (we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13) and FERPA (we respect school privacy regulations and only process school-related communications).
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, delete your personal information, and opt-out of data sales (we do not sell data). To exercise these rights, email support@automateloops.com.
If you access this App from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
