By downloading, installing, or using Parently Loop ("App," "Service," "we," "us," "our"), you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
This App is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
All content, features, and functionality of the App (including text, graphics, logos, icons, code) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By connecting your email account, you authorize us to access emails from school-related sources only, process email content using Manus AI for summarization, and display summaries and extracted information in the App.
We access your email in read-only mode. We can read emails from school domains and summarize email content. We cannot send emails on your behalf, delete or modify your emails, or access personal, financial, or non-school emails.
Important: AI summaries are not a substitute for reading the original email. Always verify critical dates, deadlines, and requirements with the original. We are not responsible for missed deadlines or errors resulting from reliance on AI summaries without verification.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES; DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISSED SCHOOL DEADLINES OR EVENTS; ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN AI SUMMARIES; OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT.
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if you have not paid anything).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms of Service, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App's Settings or your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not issue refunds directly; please contact the respective app store for refund requests.
If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it by tapping "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen.
You can delete all your data at any time through Settings → Legal & Support → Data Deletion. This action permanently deletes all cached summaries, revokes our access to your email, and cannot be undone.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, abuse the App's features or resources, or fail to comply with our policies.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand our data practices.
The App integrates with Apple / Google / Microsoft (for authentication and email access) and Manus AI (for email summarization). These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence shall also apply. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of the UAE.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
